CONNECT is a study based at Case Western Reserve University. This study is being conducted in partnership with the National Urea Cycle Disorders Foundation (NUCDF). We are interested in the experiences and opinions of individuals and families with urea cycle disorders.
Our goal is to make sure that the voices of urea cycle disorders communities help shape future clinical research and the possible development and regulation of gene editing therapies.
Our work is funded by the National Institutes of Health through a grant to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
